Mindset Over Everything
Privacy Notice
Last updated September 27, 2026
This notice describes how Mindset Over Everything (MOE) handles information when you visit this website, email us, or follow a donation link. The website is an informational site. It does not provide a contact form, account, newsletter sign-up, or payment form.
Information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive the information and attachments you include, along with information ordinarily included in an email such as your email address, subject, and the time sent. We use it to respond and handle your request. Your email is processed by your email provider and ours.
If you are contacting us about a young person, please avoid emailing sensitive personal details until we tell you a secure way to share them.
Donations
The Donate links take you to Givebutter, an independent service. Donation checkout and payment details are handled by Givebutter and its payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices. Please review the Givebutter Privacy Policy before donating. MOE may receive information needed to administer, acknowledge, and account for donations.
Website services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser request when those fonts load. See Google’s Privacy Policy. The website code does not set cookies or use analytics scripts.
Retention and choices
We keep correspondence and donation records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer MOE’s programs, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask a question or request that we correct information in an email you sent, subject to records we must retain.
Children’s information
This website is intended for families, supporters, and community partners. It does not knowingly collect children’s information through a website form. Please do not send sensitive information about a child by ordinary email.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. Questions about privacy can be sent to hi@mindsetovereverythingca.org.
